Kneat Academy - Customer Onboarding

This course will demonstrate how to;

• Navigate the Home Screen
• Use the Document Status Report
• Access your Profile
• Access the Help Centre
• Use the Search functionality
• Complete a Review of a document
• Complete an Approval of a document

The purpose of this course is to aid with the on-boarding of new customers and to grant access to the Kneat Customer-Facing Instance which will be required to review and approve project deliverables.

At the end of the course, you will need to state that you have watched and understood the video by answering Yes to the Evaluation of Effectiveness question.
