Kneat Academy - Administration

This training is relevant for the person(s) that will managing Kneat User accounts, User Groups & Access Groups within your organisation.

Description

The User Administration area allows users, with the required permissions, to create, edit and delete (deactivate) user accounts. This area also allows users to manage Access Groups and User Groups. 

All User permissions are managed in this area. Access to this area can be restricted from End Users or specific Access Groups.

This training is relevant for the person(s) that will managing Kneat User accounts, User Groups & Access Groups within your organisation. 

This course consists of video demonstration as well as some quizzes to ensure understanding.
